The vibrant Town of Victoria Park are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Duty Supervisors with relevant aquatic supervisor experience to join the Town in a casual capacity.
Your new role
The position focus is to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of excellent water quality, quality customer service, safety and security, venue cleanliness and maintenance.
Responsibilities include supervision of lifeguards and patrons, overseeing day to day operations, maintaining plant room operations and associated equipment, setting up and storing equipment, and assisting in the allocation of aquatic facilities and equipment.
As the most senior staff on site after hours and weekends, you will respond to emergencies in all service areas and report on those incidents.

* Pool operations certificate
* LIWA accreditation
* Current lifeguard qualifications
* Current first aid certificate
* National police clearance
* Exceptional customer service skills and a positive and enthusiastic approach
The benefits of working for us
Hourly rate of $44.24 (including 25% casual loading), plus superannuation
