genU is looking for a **Administration Officer** to join our longstanding, purpose driven and values-based organisation to make a real difference to people’s lives on a daily basis.
**This is a full-time ongoing opportunity, based in Geelong.**
**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- Management of short course training calendar and booking of trainers, rooms and training equipment as required
- Input and second check of long and short course data using VETtrak
- Entry of student results and preparation of certification documentation
- Confirmation of course bookings and preparation of training materials
- Invoicing internal and external stakeholders for training
- Responding to customer enquiries and training bookings for internal and external stakeholders
**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have:
- Strong previous administration and office management skills
- Experience working in a front-line administration/customer service role within a training or similar high paced environment
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, incorporating effective planning, time management and organisational skills to achieve quality outcomes
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless you are an Excepted Person as defined by the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions. All applicants must therefore be able to comply with this requirement
