We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical nursing care in the general practice environment, including wound care, dressings. bandaging and splinting perform immunisations/vaccinations, ear syringing, nebulisation a ssist with minor procedures undertaken by the general practitioners inform patients of diagnostic results under the direction of the general practitioners oversee clinical stock management, including vaccine ordering and monitoring monitor the medicine storage systems, including maintain inventory and ordering manage the patient recall system and coordinate with the general practitioners responsible for ensuring Cold Chain protocol is followed to meet the standards of NSW Health Department and RACGP Accreditation requirements restock clinical items in consultation rooms responsible for ensuring clinical equipment is serviced in accordance with manufacturers' instructions responsible for managing any body fluid spills according to Accreditation Standards attend and contribute to clinical staff meetings develop health care plans under the direction of the general practitioners p articipate in the training of nursing students participate in the practice accreditation process undertake relief receptionist duties. About you APHRA registered as a Registered Nurse Valid WWC experience working as a nurse in Australian general practice experience working in primary health care setting Sponsorship / work rights for Australia Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This role requires valid work rights for Australia.
