The Opportunity: Agent Builder
This is a rare greenfield role. AsEziway'sAgent Builder, you will design and deploy AI agents that fundamentally change how work gets done across the business — from customer support and R&D to every operational function in between.You'llown the full lifecycle: ideation, build, deployment, and iteration.
You'llwork day-to-day with Chris and Tudor (Managing Partners, Fluent Software Group) and James (CEO,Eziway), giving you direct visibility and influence at the highest levels of the organization. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who wants to ship real AI systems — not slide decks.
What You'll Own
* Design and deploy AI agents acrossEziway'score business functions — starting with customer support and R&D, then expanding org-wide
* Build a customer support agent to intelligently handle and resolve inbound calls, reducing manual load and improving response times
* Develop R&D acceleration agents that speed up research workflows, synthesize information, and surface insights faster
* Architect a scalable agent framework that can be extended to every team and function withinEziway
* Lead the implementation of a voice agent (leveragingSadieEnterpriseinfrastructure) to answer and triage inbound phone calls — a key near-term milestone
* Identifyhigh-leverage automation opportunities across the business through close collaboration with team leads
* Maintain,monitor, and continuously improve deployed agents based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
* Establish best practices for AI agent development, testing, safety, and governance withinEziway
Who You Are
Required
* ~3-5yearsof software development experience, with meaningful hands‐on exposure to AI/ML systems or applied AI tooling
* Demonstrated ability to build and ship production-grade software — you write clean, maintainable code and can take a project from 0 to 1
* Experience with LLM-based systems: prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, and retrieval‐augmented generation (RAG)
* Familiarity with voice or telephony integrations is a plus (especially relevant given the Sadie voice agent roadmap)
* Strong problem‐solving instincts — you can break down ambiguous requirements and make good decisions with incomplete information
* Excellent communication skills; comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders
* Self‐starter mentality with a bias for action and a high ownership mindset
Nice to Have
* Experience with voice AI platforms, telephony APIs, or conversational agent frameworks
* Background in customer support automation or workflow orchestration tools
* Familiarity with enterprise software environments or vertical market SaaS
* Prior experience in a startup, scale‐up, or fast‐paced product company
