About the role

In this role, you will be responsible executing the company sales strategies and targets within your state, you will also be able to influence national sales results. You will be managing everything sales related withing the state you operate, this goes from the company's relationships with its customers, finding new business and managing the local sales team. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales, product design, service application, logistics and marketing.

This role is based in Pooraka Markets – Adelaide with onsite parking available.

Attractive remuneration + car allowance + bonus scheme.

Be the face of Morco amongst the state you operate in.

Lead and upskill the state sales team.

Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.

Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with account portfolio.

Communicates client needs and demands to Morco Customer Service and Operations.

Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.

Be accountable for your accounts financial performance including pricing and ensuring that the targets for the territory are achieved.

Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities work collaboratively in the business to achieve the strategic objectives.

Develop creative customer solutions that meet the customer's needs.

Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.

Keep records of client interactions through CRM.

Challenge processes andprocedures, identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience or improve operational efficiency.

Be a role model and build a culture of customer experience excellence.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated and engaging. You will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and work autonomously.

Drivers license required.

Industry/food services experience is highly regarded.

Passion for the fresh food and the hospitality industry

Experience in converting prospects to profitable new accounts.

Proven ability in development of sales forecasts.

Highly motivated and targets driven, achieving set KPI's.

Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Exceptional organisational skills when managing processes.

Works well independently and in a team environment.
