Must-have
* At least 6 years of experience in selling technology offerings to senior technology buyers such as CXOs, VP Engineering, and similar stakeholders
* Proven track record of acquiring new customer logos in target geographies
* Self-motivated hunter with a strong passion for closing big-ticket deals and managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
* Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including custom web and mobile application development, cloud, mobility, and UX-led engineering
* Willingness to travel to target geographies for deal closures
* Ability to stay up to date with the latest technology and business trends relevant to the organization's focus areas
Responsibilities
* Drive sales targets by acquiring new logos and nurturing customer relationships into high-value engagements
* Own and manage the complete sales cycle from initial customer engagement through deal closure
* Lead sales of technology services including web and mobile application development, Cloud & DevOps, and UX-led engineering for the ANZ region
* Act as a trusted consultant to prospective clients by understanding their needs and proposing innovative, value-driven solutions
* Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to continuously refine sales strategies
* Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans in alignment with business goals
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute lead-generation campaigns aimed at opening doors and establishing new business engagements
* Ensure accurate, timely, and complete data is captured and maintained in the CRM system
