**This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-site retail portfolio supporting 4 regional retail precincts in the North/West. It is an exciting role where no two days will be the same Act as the dedicated resource to support the National Portfolio Operations Manager, and work autonomously. Base yourself at one precinct and move between sites to monitor centre operations. Get your foot in the door with a global, leading organisation**
**_Your Responsibilities_**
- Perform site inspections and reports detailing the day-to-day operations of the centres and maintain a high level of presentation.
- Monitor the performance of external contractors, to ensure high levels of delivery in line with service level agreements.
- Manage any incoming and completed work orders on the CMMS system and ensure completion of works to a satisfactory level.
- Manage key partnerships with key contractors and stakeholders.
- Generate weekly reports regarding asset presentation status and ongoing works

**Your skillset and attributes**:
- A strong commercial or retail background and understanding of base plant and equipment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Great internal and external contractor management skills and ability to work autonomously.
- A willingness to travel between sites (with travel reimbursement at the ATO rate)
