Customer Care Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support for our customers.
* Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists
* Provide guidance on our innovative range of hearing devices and accessories
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression
This is a casual role available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments. Good computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software programs are also essential.
