The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Project Support Coordinator to be a critical link between our clients and internal teams. This is a rewarding role where you'll collaborate with sales, design, production, and project management teams, as well as external architects and engineers, to deliver exceptional project outcomes. Your primary focus will be ensuring a seamless journey for our clients, from project creation through the design phase and beyond.


Key Responsibilities

* Scheduling of projects
* Monitoring stakeholders and associated documentation
* Liaise with clients
* Engage with suppliers
* Manage Budgets
* Review customer sites
* Budget allocation
* Coordination of trades and sub‑contractors
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
* Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and reporting.


About You

We are looking for a personable, proactive professional who goes above and beyond for both clients and team members. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Australian work rights are required for this position.
* Construction project experience – highly desirable
* 3‑5 years of construction project experience is required
* Previous experience working to tight deadlines
* Proven experience of time‑management skills
* Experience co‑ordinating trades
* A strong customer service mindset and the ability to engage clients effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a warm and professional phone manner
* Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
