Cater Care is seeking a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our aged care team at our Bayswater site on a casual basis, with the possibility of becoming part-time.
This role involves working in a supportive environment to help deliver quality meal services for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and assemble food items including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
* Assist with meal service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service
* Restock supplies before, during, and after service periods
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing duties
* Set tables and assist with plating and meal distribution
Desired Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
* Experience in contract catering, aged care, healthcare, or food service environments is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
