Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate chemical pump solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries, providing technical information, and guiding them through the selection process.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our chemical pump products.
Generate and follow up on sales leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical specifications and drawings.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in a technical sales or customer service role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in a sales role within the industrial or manufacturing sector is an asset.
