Experienced Helpdesk Support Analyst required for organisation based in Newcastle.
**Your new company**
Hays are working with an industry leading Global Organisation based in Newcastle who have a requirement for an experienced Helpdesk Support Analyst that has become available due to some internal changes.
**Your new role**
In this role you will be the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and requests. This includes:
- Providing helpdesk support to all end users
- Performing Hardware, Software and Network troubleshooting
- Managing user accounts
**What you'll need to succeed**
Recent and Relevant Experience working in a Service Desk Environment
Demonstrated experience with:
- Active Directory
- User Administration
- Office 365
- Application Support
- Windows Server
- Microsoft MECM (Highly Desirable)
Strong Communication skills
