Description
Global Sales Strategy & Execution
* Define and lead the organisation's global sales strategy aligned with commercial and P&L objectives.
* Identify high‑value growth opportunities across regions, industries, and verticals.
* Build and scale a unified global sales framework, ensuring consistent priorities across markets.
* Drive new business development while strengthening existing customer relationships and recurring revenue.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
* Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to maintain strong sales visibility.
* Ensure CRM accuracy and data discipline across all regions.
* Monitor performance metrics, sales targets, and budget alignment to drive data‑driven decisions.
* Support bid and tender processes through collaboration with internal bid managers and technical specialists.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
* Partner closely with executives, country leaders, and technical teams to align market strategies.
* Contribute to pricing strategy, commercial planning, and competitive positioning.
