We are currently seeking a motivated and highly organised Processing Administrator to join our dynamic processing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing operations.
As the Processing Administrator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Processing Department, assisting with reporting, data entry, document control, and coordinating daily operational requirements.
This position will be offered on a Back-to-Back role 8 days on 6 days off all dayshift bus in bus out basis from Malaga or Midvale in Company time.
This is a site-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Processing and Production teams
* Maintain accurate production and operational records
* Data entry and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
* Assist with document control and compliance documentation
* Coordinate meetings, schedules and departmental communication
* Support the team with general administrative duties as required
About You:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (mining or processing environment desirable)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Exposure to SAP and INX
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
