The product is strong. The market is moving. They need the right person to lead ANZ sales and take it further.
The role
Senior sales leadership for ANZ, reporting directly to the CEO. The strategy, the team, the revenue number. All yours.
You are stepping into a team of senior AEs who know the product and know how to sell it. There is pipeline and there is momentum. The job is to take what is working and scale it.
Player-coach. You will be across the deals that matter while setting the standard for the team. You are a self-starter who thrives in high-autonomy environments. This is a high-autonomy seat.
You will not be managed closely and you would not want to be.
You own ANZ revenue number, full stop. The sales strategy, the go-to-market motion, the pipeline across new logo and expansion, and the number. You are executive sponsor on the accounts that matter most and you are the person building Renowned's name in the ANZ PropTech ecosystem.
Internally you work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to keep retention strong and NRR moving in the right direction.

What You Bring To The Role
You have been leading B2B SaaS sales teams in ANZ for a while now and you have the track record to show for it. You understand what it takes to scale a regional business, not just run one, and you think like an owner. The Rule of 40 is not a foreign concept. You know how what you do connects to company valuation, and you use that lens when you make decisions.
Your network in ANZ PropTech and residential real estate is genuine. The agency groups, the franchise networks, the principals who move markets. They know you. You can sell AI-enabled software and explain what automation actually means for someone running a real estate business.
* 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with real experience leading ANZ teams
* Proven track record of scaling a regional business, not just managing one
* Real network across ANZ PropTech and residential real estate
* Comfortable selling AI-enabled software and translating automation into business ROI
