We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to oversee the effective and efficient operation of our Ballarat site.
About the Role
The Sales Leader will be responsible for developing strong client and community relationships, with a focus on achieving sales targets for this market. You will work closely with our team to maximize revenue through selling Total Television solutions, including advertising airtime and utilizing our 9 NOW digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Mentor and support our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
* Built strong relationships with current and new clients in the market.
Requirements
* Proven experience in media sales and a strong understanding of the local market.
* Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
* Experience in prospecting, applying sales techniques, tailoring proposals, and presenting.
* Ability to maintain and grow market yield and client share, and achieve revenue targets.
* Advanced time management skills.
* Commitment to delivering high customer service with honesty and integrity.
* A full Driver's Licence and suitable vehicle for frequent travel.
