Infosys Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Enterprise / Program Architect to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within the insurance domain. The role requires a strong blend of thought leadership, hands‑on technical expertise, and the ability to engage effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders (CxO-1 level).

Key Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end architecture leadership for insurance platform and process transformation programs.
* Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target operating models.
* Lead architecture across core insurance domains including policy administration, claims, billing, payments, and product configuration.
* Engage with senior stakeholders (CxO/CxO-1) to shape business vision, technology roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
* Design and oversee scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions across modern insurance ecosystems.
* Drive adoption of industry best practices, digital transformation, and platform modernization strategies.
* Provide hands‑on guidance to delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality architecture implementation.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and external partners.
* Lead architecture governance, risk management, and compliance activities across programs.
Required Experience & Skills
* Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect / Program Architect within the insurance industry.
Strong domain expertise across
* Claims
* Policy Administration
* Insurance Products
* Preferred experience in health insurance domain.
* Proven ability to lead large‑scale transformation programs and platform implementations.
* Strong understanding of insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar) and digital ecosystems.
* Demonstrated capability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders (CxO/CxO-1 level).
* Deep understanding of enterprise integration, cloud architectures, APIs, and microservices.
* Hands‑on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Leadership & Soft Skills
* Strong thought leadership with a forward‑looking perspective on industry trends.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture solutions.
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in consulting environments.
* Exposure to digital transformation, data modernization, and AI/analytics in insurance.
* Relevant certifications in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) are a plus.
