 
        
        Disability Employment Consultant – (IEA) 
Our client is seeking Disability Employment Consultants to support participants with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to find, secure, and maintain meaningful employment. This is a permanent, full-time role across multiple locations in Sydney. 
Overview 
Our client is a well-established organisation that supports individuals across NSW, QLD, VIC, and the ACT to improve their skills and employment prospects through targeted training programs and meaningful employment services. 
Key Responsibilities 
- Conduct participant appointments to build rapport and develop tailored employment plans 
- Engage with community networks and employers to create inclusive job opportunities 
- Deliver coaching, mentoring, and support throughout the employment journey 
- Ensure compliance with program obligations including reporting and job search activities 
- Provide post-placement support and maintain accurate records 
- Participate in professional development and training 
What You’ll Bring 
- Lived or professional experience working with people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions 
- Qualifications in employment or disability services (highly regarded) 
- Strong understanding of person-centred case management 
- Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills 
- Knowledge of local labour markets and employer needs 
- Resilience, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive employment 
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between designated sites (car allowance provided) 
Locations 
Each role is tied to a specific branch. Some roles involve rotating between nearby sites. 
Multi-Site Roles 
- Bankstown / Revesby / Bass Hill – rotate between these three sites 
- Campsie / Punchbowl – rotate between these two sites 
- Sutherland / Menai – work at both sites, with Menai visited every second Monday 
Single-Site Roles 
- Lakemba 
- Wetherill Park 
- Rockdale 
- Liverpool 
- Edmondson Park 
- Redfern 
- Surry Hills 
- Lidcombe 
- Hornsby
