As Senior Partner – Procurement, you will play a key role in shaping how we source and manage a diverse supplier base — from lawn maintenance to specialist allied health services — all contributing to our purpose.
You will lead a highly engaged and passionate small team, working closely with other senior leaders and the Head of function to enable smarter, more efficient procurement practices. Base pay range: A$130,000 to A$140,000 per year.

Your Role
- Lead and mentor your team, support their development and career goals.
- Partner with departments across the business to identify and deliver strategic procurement opportunities.
- Support senior leaders with both strategic advice and operational execution.
- Enable initiatives that improve efficiency and smarter procurement, using technology and best practice.
- Manage relationships across a diverse supplier base and navigate government‑funded schemes and private sector partnerships.
You’ll Bring
- A degree in a commercial or supply chain discipline (e.g., Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Contract Management) — desirable.
- Proven experience in procurement, commercial, or category management in a fast‑paced organisation, or leading a centralised procurement function in a large, human services business.
- Experience working in regulated industries and understanding public‑private sector relationships.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
- A leadership style that inspires and supports others.
