THE POSITION
* Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every customer
* Take accurate orders and anticipate customer needs to provide exceptional service from start to finish.
* Collaborate with the back-of-house team during peak periods to maintain smooth and efficient operations
* Assist with basic food preparation and provide hands-on support for functions and events as needed

* Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
* A proactive work ethic, with the flexibility to adapt and confidently handle multiple tasks
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded and will be an advantage
