What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver standout customer service
* Keep the store clean, organised and inviting
* Create a friendly, safe environment for customers and teammates
* Work across afternoons or overnight shifts — whatever suits your availability
What We're Looking For
* A positive, reliable and friendly attitude
* A genuine passion for customer service
* Confidence working both independently and within a team
* Strong multi‐tasking skills — juggling customer service, cleaning, merchandising and supporting store operations simultaneously
* Experience in retail, hospitality or customer‐facing roles (helpful, but not essential – we'll train you!)
