About the Role of Senior Design Manager:
Long term freelance opportunity for a Senior Design Manager in Northamptonshire paying a competitive day rate. An chance for a Senior Design Manager to work with a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a £50M Industrial project in Northampton. This role is site based with some remote working. The Senior Design Manager will be supported by a Design Director, Technical Manager and Construction Director, and will join a team focused on project delivery. The client has delivered developments across Industrial, Residential and Civil sectors.
This is a freelance role on a minimum of 10 months. They are seeking someone with a proven track record of providing design management support with a fit-out contractor.
The ideal candidate for Senior Design Manager
- Proven track record as a Senior Design Manager, with experience supporting a fit-out contractor.
- Ability to work on a £50M industrial project for a Tier 1 Main Contractor, with site-based responsibilities and some remote working.
- Comfortable working with an existing construction team and reporting to a Design Director, Technical Manager and Construction Director.
- Available for a long-term freelance assignment (minimum 10 months) in Northamptonshire.
