Hypercare Manager

The Hypercare Manager works at the intersection of the business units, PMO and product delivery teams and has the overall goal of ensuring holistic deliveries at the agreed time and quality. As a Hypercare Manager, you will therefore liaise with the business, PaTH program, to plan and coordinate Hypercare activities as well as ensure that roles and responsibilities are distributed and understood within the organisation.
**As Hypercare lead your roles and responsibilities are**:
- Define Hypercare principles for the PaTH Program.
- Create and execute hypercare activities in the plan for the individual solution deployment waves across PaTH Clusters and agencies.
- Provide input to detailed contingency plans and roll-back plans.
- Escalate hypercare issues in accordance with program governance structure.
- Daily progress monitoring of hypercare activities to senior stakeholders and project team.
- Ensure go-live and transition into hypercare.
- Responsible for hypercare communication planning. The communication plan captures the information to be sent out to all involved stakeholders to provide good visibility on the activities of all involved parties.
- Prepare hypercare plan and organisation, incl. daily hypercare process, hypercare team & responsibilities.
- Manage the stabilization period after go-live of the PaTH solution with focus on
- In providing functional and solution support personnel to provide on-site support to end-users.
- Ensure data integrity and solution availability in close contact with the Master Data team.
- Help identify errors and provide coordination with other roles the program to fix all bugs.
- Help the business to prioritize bugs according to agreed rules.
- Ensure all required documentation and work process shadowing is completed during hypercare period.
- Ensure solution handover from hypercare to the BAU Operations team and get formal sign-off of handover. Archive documentation for future audits.
**You will have the following characteristics and knowledge**:
- Thrives in developing solid hypercare management practices and working with business stakeholders in defining, executing, and validating hypercare solution results and ensuring high quality deliverables.
- Good collaboration skills.
- Solution-oriented, both technical and functional.
- Independent and structured.
- Ability to handle parallel activities.
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP Applications, Technical knowledge related to SAP.
- Relevant experience within project management is a mandatory requirement.
- SAP S/4Hana experience in a large program will be highly regarded.
