Looking forexperienced Email Developer / Producer to own the technical creation, testing, and delivery of high-volume, customer-facing digital communications. You will work at the intersection of marketing, front-end development, and campaign delivery, ensuring emails and landing pages are built to high standards, render consistently across devices, and deliver measurable results.
This role is hands‐on, focusing on HTML/CSS email development, campaign execution, and landing page creation, while collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain HTML/CSS email templates and assets aligned to brand and campaign standards
* Develop landing pages and integrated forms for campaigns
* Ensure accurate rendering across all major email clients, browsers, and devices
* Test and QA campaigns using tools such as Litmus
* Manage uploads and asset configuration in marketing automation platforms
* Segment and filter subscriber lists, and handle campaign data for targeted sends
* Troubleshoot delivery issues and resolve rendering or feed errors
* Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
* Maintain technical documentation, job aids, and process guides
* Work within an Agile environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years' experience in HTML/CSS email development and campaign execution
* Experience building landing pages and forms
* Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility
* Experience with email testing and QA tools (e.g., Litmus)
* Hands‐on exposure to marketing automation platforms
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate autonomously
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‐solving skills
