Paspaley Pearling Company is seeking a skilled professional to support the safe operation and maintenance of our fleet vessels.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair all main and auxiliary machinery and electronics.
* Correct and maintain liquid state and vessel stability.
* Manage and control inventory of stores and spare parts.
* Maintain an engineering diary for scheduling, hours run, breakdowns etc.
* Develop a list of essential repairs required during annual refit.
* Communicate with other engineers and the master regarding defects affecting performance and safety.
