OVERVIEW: Are you a skilled Revit Technician looking to join a collaborative and design-driven architectural team? This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a range of high-quality projects while working alongside experienced architects and designers in a supportive studio environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical documentation, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality drawings. Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D models and 2D documentation in Revit for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines. Interpret design sketches and translate them into detailed Revit models. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate models and resolve design conflicts. Maintain and manage Revit families, templates, and libraries. Assist in preparing BIM documentation, including shop drawings and construction documents. Ensure models comply with company BIM standards and project-specific requirements. Support clash detection, model audits, and quality control checks. Update and revise models as needed through project phases. Coordinate with other disciplines and consultants to ensure model integrity and consistency. CRITERIA: Proven experience as a Revit Modeller or BIM Technician. Proficient in Autodesk Revit Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and design documentation. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Experience in commercial, multi level and/or hospitality projects Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices. Familiarity with IFC workflows and open BIM standards.
