Job Title: Human Resource Officer
This role supports the delivery of end-to-end people services across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day operation of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, induction, learning and development, and offboarding.
* Maintain and update employee records, registers, qualifications, and training logs.
* Assist in the administration of probation, performance review, and disciplinary processes.
* Respond to general HR queries and provide timely, accurate information to managers and employees.
Requirements:
* Diploma qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (or working toward)
* Prior experience in a human resources, administration, or compliance role
* Strong knowledge of confidentiality, privacy, and compliance principles
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Queensland Driver's Licence
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
Desirable Attributes and Experience:
* Experience in aged care, disability, or not-for-profit sector
* Familiarity with enterprise systems such as HRIS, payroll, or recruitment software
* Understanding of awards, employment legislation, and Fair Work obligations
* Highly organised with the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
