 
        
        Job Title: Residential Property Manager
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the building.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining and improving the property's condition, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents. You will work closely with our General Manager and Body Corporate to achieve these goals.
Main Responsibilities
 * Budgeting and Financial Management: Collaborate with our General Manager and Body Corporate to create and manage budgets, financial reporting, and oversee expenditures.
 * Liaison and Communication: Serve as liaison between strata owners and strata committee, ensuring all stakeholders stay informed about building-related matters, issues, and decisions.
 * Maintenance and Repairs: Organise and supervise routine maintenance and repairs for common areas and shared facilities.
 * Contractor and Supplier Management: Engage and supervise contractors, service providers, and suppliers for various building needs.
 * Crisis Management: Respond swiftly to emergencies, including building damage, safety concerns, or security issues, by coordinating necessary actions and resources.
Requirements
 * Strata Knowledge: Familiarity with strata laws and regulations is essential.
 * Administration and Maintenance Skills: Proven ability to administer and maintain property-related tasks.
 * Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
 * Previous Experience: Previous experience in property maintenance, building or facility management is highly desirable.
