THE GIG: We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Support Office team in Byron Bay. This role will be responsible for the design and production of all digital and print marketing assets across the business. This role ensures a consistent and elevated brand output across all customer and internal touchpoints, working closely with the Brand Manager to deliver on-brand, commercially effective creative. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver weekly website updates, EDMs, and digital assets aligned to campaign direction and trading priorities. Create high-quality marketing collateral across paid media, social, website, in-store, wholesale, and internal brand materials. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity across all creative outputs and channels. Lead post-production of photo and video assets, including editing and retouching to a high standard in line with brand aesthetic. Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to execute campaigns, photoshoots, and marketing initiatives on time and to brief. Support campaign development through creative concepts, mood boards, and visual direction aligned to seasonal strategies. Maintain organised design systems, files, and workflows, while contributing to team meetings and broader marketing initiatives. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a fashion or retail company. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Proficiency in digital content creation, photography retouching, and familiarity with print production. Experience with motion graphics and video editing, highly regarded. A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in both print and digital mediums. High attention to detail.
