Do you have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, in-home care? This is an exciting opportunity to support a premium client on the Sunshine Coast and make a meaningful difference in their daily life.
We are currently recruiting dedicated PCAs for a client located in Bli Bli and surrounding suburbs including Maroochydore, Pacific Paradise, Diddillibah, Kuluin and nearby areas.
About the Role
* Tailored, one-on-one in-home support for a premium client
* Personal care, mobility assistance, and emotional support
* Supporting non-verbal client with a neurological condition
* Assistance with daily routines, companionship, and maintaining lifestyle goals
* Supporting with light domestic tasks
* Comfortable around animals – must like dogs (includes walking dogs with the client), property includes horses – assisting the client with feeding them
* Monday to Sunday availability required
* A variety of shifts are available, including day and afternoon shifts, inactive and active overnights, and extended weekend shifts.
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Individual Support (essential)
* Minimum 1 year experience in aged care, disability, or community care
* Experience supporting non-verbal clients and neurological conditions (highly regarded)
* Strong manual handling skills
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
