Overview
Experienced Driller's Offsiders | RC & Diamond | FIFO from Perth. True Resources is seeking motivated individuals with proven Reverse Circulation (RC) or Diamond drilling offsiding experience to join top-tier mining operations across Western Australia.
This is not an entry-level role; applicants must have at least 12 months of offsiding experience and must meet pre-employment requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Assist Drillers with RC or Diamond drilling operations
- Conduct daily pre-start equipment checks
- Complete safety paperwork and follow procedures
- Routine maintenance and cleaning of rigs and tools
- Load/unload heavy vehicles and equipment
- Assist with rig setup, dismantle, and relocation
- Handle drill rods, core trays, and sample bags safely
To be considered you must have and provide
- Minimum 1 year RC or Diamond Driller’s Offsiding experience (essential)
- Currently reside in Perth, Western Australia
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Clean Police Record from within the last 3 months
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency — We cannot accept VISAs

Salary and physical expectations
Serious physical fitness is a must to succeed in offsiding. This role involves extensive manual labor, so you will need to cope with the demands of the position, confined spaces, dust and other environmental challenges.
