We are seeking an Analyst to join our Brisbane team, suited to individuals with around 1-2 years of procurement or commercial experience who are looking to build their capability within a consulting environment.
You will support the delivery of project based procurement engagements across a range of clients and industries, with exposure to procurement planning, market approaches, tender evaluations, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and contract management activities.
One week might involve supporting a government tender process, the next could be assisting with market analysis, stakeholder workshops, or contract management activities for education or utilities clients.
Working across different projects and environments, this role offers exposure beyond a single organisation or category, with involvement across a broad range of procurement and commercial activities early in your career.

You Will
* Support delivery of end-to-end procurement and contract management activities
* Assist in developing procurement strategies, market approach documentation, and recommendation papers
* Support tender processes including documentation, evaluation, and negotiation activities
* Undertake market research, spend analysis, and business needs analysis
* Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables
* Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagements
* Build effective working relationships with clients and internal teams
* Manage tasks and deliverables in line with project timelines and expectations
What We Are Looking For
* 1-2 years procurement, commercial, contract management, project support, or related experience
* Exposure to procurement, sourcing, commercial, policy, or project environments
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Analytical capability with attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* A proactive approach and willingness to learn
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
