Are you a skilled Planner ready to make an impact in a secure and dynamic environment? Join Ventia on our Defence & Social Infrastructure contract, where your expertise will help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
* Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across Defence sites
* Manage work orders, parts requisitions, and performance reporting via MILIS / SAP
* Liaise with internal teams and Defence clients to meet operational needs
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in planning processes
* Support SHEQ excellence and contribute to a safe, high-performing culture

What You Bring
* Previous experience in planning / scheduling in a maintenance environment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP and MILIS (desirable)
* Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
