We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our Maxima Joondalup store in WA on a full-time basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
* Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
* Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role
* Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
* A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
* Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
* Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
