We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Embedded IoT team. Reporting to the EIoT lead, you will work with a diverse portfolio of products, driving revenue growth across the business. You will enhance our planning, communication, and strengthen client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a skilled communicator, capable of managing corporate clients across Australia in the B2B sector
Advantech Australia's office is located in Dandenong South, Victoria. Hybrid work options available. You must be located in Melbourne/surrounding suburbs.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business by leveraging industry trends while maintaining relationships with key accounts.
* Stay updated on company offerings, competitors' products, and pricing to drive sales and achieve organisational goals.
* Present the value of our products and services to uncover growth opportunities; analyse data to spot market trends.
* Lead prospecting efforts, strategic account planning, and pricing negotiations, ensuring a solid understanding of sales contracts.
* Participate in team meetings, maintain the client database, and provide reports to management.
* Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction rates, aligned with company standards.
Qualifications:

* At least 3 years of sales experience in roles such as inside sales or BDM.
* Strong background in computer hardware, electronics, or IoT.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage competing deadlines and perform under pressure.
* Proficiency in SAP & CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to travel within VIC and occasionally interstate.
