Job Description
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing incoming and outgoing documents, logging, distribution, filing, and archiving of documents and drawings received
* Controlling all project documentation using industry-standard systems
* Assisting with QA coordination and document control, ensuring records are kept and administered in accordance with the project QA plan
* Ensuring compliance with Company Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Policies and procedures
As part of our dynamic team, you will provide general project administration support and prepare reports as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience within the building and construction industry or a similar industry
* Strong administrative skills, including preparation of general correspondence, filing, and document control, minute taking, and office management
* Intermediate level of MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook, and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required
* High level of organisational and time management skills and demonstrated attention to detail
Prior experience with Aconex is highly desirable.
