**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a People & Culture Consultant/Early Careers to join our team in Melbourne on a permanent basis.
Our national Early Careers team are an award winning team who are recognised as one of the nation's top graduate employers with market leading Clerk and Graduate Programs.
This opportunity will see you join our national Early Careers team, you will manage the full life cycle of our Clerkship and Graduate programs within our Melbourne office including the annual recruitment process, onboarding, management of programmes and general HR duties.

**About You**:
- Previous experience in graduate recruitment is essential.
- Preferred experience in well recognised law firm or qualified services environment.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to manage difficult conversations.
- Organised, conscientious, with strong attention to detail.
- Personable and approachable style with an ability to communicate well at all levels
