The role involves facilitating eligibility assessments, gathering necessary documentation, and coordinating planning meetings with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). The CCC will also work to enhance community awareness of the NDIS and foster a culturally safe environment for all individuals.

The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a strong commitment to community engagement and cultural safety, with a desire to support individuals with disabilities in their journey towards accessing essential services.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Current "C" class driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Kimberley region.
* National Police Clearance and NDIS Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain these clearances.

Preferred qualifications include a background in healthcare or community work, and connections to the local Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander community.
