Spray Painter Job Opportunity
Are you a skilled and experienced Spray Painter looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join our team as a Spray Painter.
* Mix and match colours to achieve the perfect finish on vehicles that have been prepared and are scheduled for painting.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive colour library.
* Prep, prime and paint vehicles according to job sheet requirements following industry standard processes.
* Buff and denib vehicles to achieve a high-quality finish.
* Handle all vehicles with care and attention.
* Document any extra paint work required beyond the quoted scope.
* Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager.
* Keep the work bay and workshop areas clean and tidy.
* Coach apprentices when needed.
About You:
* You are a trade-qualified Spray Painter with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the role.
* You have a strong commitment to working safely and maintaining a safe working environment.
* You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with your colleagues.
* You have a keen eye for detail and can meet strict deadlines.
* You are reliable, punctual and hardworking, and you own all necessary tools to perform the role.
