This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll engage with customers, support sales efforts, coordinate technician schedules, and play a vital part in customer service and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping and accounts, banking and reconciliations
* Payroll processing
* Invoicing and collections
* Accounts Payable
* Assist in preparation of financial report
* Maintain membership register
* Data management
* Administration support
* Customer service and preparation of quotes
* General accounting support
* General support to internal and external stakeholders
About You
* Proven administration experience
* Professional phone manner and strong customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Technical aptitude and attention to detail
* Proficient computer skills
* Current driver's licence
