Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of a bespoke application development project using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‐ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements.
* Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a well‐managed product backlog.
* Coordinate cross‐functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and technical specialists to ensure timely delivery.
* Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs, quality standards, and agreed project objectives.
* Support user testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Skills & Experience
* 15+ years proven experience leading Agile/Scrum projects, particularly in software or application development environments.
* Strong business analysis capability including requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.
* Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops with business and technical teams.
* Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experience working closely with software development teams and understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
