**Head Booksellers** have supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, are results driven, with a passion for reading and the ability to share this passion with our customers.
Head Booksellers work a full-time fixed roster: Tuesday to Saturday. 38 - 39 hours per week.
**In your current role you will**:
- Champion and coach the sales team to consistently achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead by example to develop and maintain a customer focused team who deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain stock integrity with guidance from the buying and operations teams.
- Present a visually appealing store in line with merchandising guides and promotional instruction.
- Maintain strong communication and working relationships with operations departments and teams.
- Champion a one-team culture which puts our teams and customers health, safety and well-being first.
Pay: $57,591.60 - $60,000.00 per year
