Position: Second in Charge (2IC) – permanent, part time
Service Hours: You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday
- BSC: 6:45am–8:45am
- ASC: 2:30pm–6:00pm
- Total hours: 27.50

- Innovative – Design and deliver exciting, hands-on experiences guided by the interests of the children.

- Fun – Engage with children in a playful, energetic manner.
- Remarkable – Support the team to ensure the program is safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

- Have experience in OSHC, early childhood, education or youth work, or are willing to learn; we’ll support you.

- Are passionate about delivering enriching, child-led experiences that foster growth and imagination.
- Hold (or are working towards) a Diploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA.
