About the role
We're looking for a Sales Development Lead to drive consistent pipeline and support our sales team by converting inbound leads and re-engaging opportunities from our CRM.
This is a remote-first, outcome-driven role where success is measured by results, not hours worked. As long as response times, meeting quality, and targets are met, we're flexible on how you structure your day.
Initially, this is a hands-on role focused on lead conversion and follow-up. Over time, it offers a clear pathway into a senior leadership position, with the goal of becoming our National Head of Business Development as the business grows.
What you'll be doing
* Responding quickly to inbound leads from digital campaigns and referrals
* Re-engaging warm, cold, and past opportunities in the CRM
* Booking qualified face-to-face or online meetings for our sales team
* Following up consistently until there is a clear outcome
* Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
* Helping improve scripts, follow-up cadences, and sales processes

Remuneration
We offer a competitive base salary with a strong performance-based commission structure.
* OTE: $8,000 – $12,000 per month for high achievers (uncapped)
* Performance-based earnings tied to both activity and revenue outcomes
* Clear progression into a senior leadership role as the business scales
