About the Opportunity
City of Palmerston is seeking a Human Resources professional with demonstrated experience supporting a small team to deliver innovative, progressive and future-focused people initiatives through expert advice and contemporary practices. The role collaborates with Work Health and Safety and Customer Experience functions to ensure a safe setting and improved customer experience.
Requirements include tertiary qualifications in human resources management, successful past performance in coaching people leaders, a comprehensive knowledge of people matters and initiatives related to contemporary human resource practices, and experience developing and delivering training and capability-building programs.
