Business Transformation Expert: Premium Engagement Services
SAP is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Services team as an Engagement Manager. This role involves working closely with customers to help them achieve their business transformation goals in the Cloud and Intelligent Enterprise.
The ideal candidate will focus on delivering SAP Premium Engagement services, establishing long-term partnerships between customers and SAP, and ensuring they realise expected value and outcomes from their technology investments.
Engagements span the entire solution lifecycle, from discovery and innovation to design, build, and operations. The successful candidate will contribute to helping businesses and society run more efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish strong relationships with customers, understanding their business strategies, organisation structures, and IT roadmaps.
* Own the SAP Premium Engagement services contract, setting up engagements, developing service plans, resourcing and project-managing delivery, achieving customer outcomes, and managing financials and renewal activities.
* Drive resolution of top risks and issues, engaging stakeholders as necessary, and act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers.
* Focus on customer satisfaction and referenceability, aligning with survey results, and acting as a customer advocate within SAP.
* Contribute to overall account strategy, identifying growth opportunities, participating in account planning, and collaborating across SAP teams engaged on the account.
* Prepare and present value realisation and operational status reports to customers; perform internal reporting and governance activities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
* Strong customer focus, empathy, and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a creative approach and consideration for diverse perspectives.
* Good understanding of business software, cloud technologies, and business models.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Science, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
