S2M are partnering with a fast-growing advice technology business that's reshaping how financial advisers deliver and manage client advice. They've built a modular platform that helps advice practices improve client experience, cut admin time, and manage portfolios at scale. The product is already well adopted, and the team is continuing to expand their platform capability.
They're now looking for a Business Analyst to join their platform solutions team. This role sits at the centre of product delivery, working closely with engineering, product and internal stakeholders to bring new features to life and improve how advisers and their clients use the platform.
What you'll be doing
* Work with internal teams to define product requirements, features and user stories
* Support the full product lifecycle from concept through to release
* Collaborate with engineering, distribution and UX / UI to shape and prioritise requirements
* Help manage and refine the product backlog
* Use Jira and similar tools for tracking and delivery
* Test and support implementation of new features and resolutions
* Capture, analyse and document business processes and product needs from key stakeholders
What you'll bring
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in financial services or investment management
* Knowledge of superannuation, wealth products, platforms, managed accounts or listed securities is a strong advantage
* Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
* Confident stakeholder management with a focus on influencing and prioritising
* Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to solving problems
* Ability to translate business needs into requirements that both business and tech teams can use
Salary : $140K+Super
