Your New Role: As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store’s performance, leading all aspects of sales, team development, operations and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, professionalism and commercial mindset will set the standard. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching and developing a high performing team through structured performance management and ongoing development Taking full accountability for store results, confidently analysing and communicating KPIs, trade outcomes and business decisions Driving commercial success through effective forecasting, rostering and trade analysis Maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor, leading by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience Building and sustaining a positive team culture grounded in accountability, connection and high performance Making informed business decisions that balance people, product and profitability Demonstrating strong emotional intelligence when managing challenges, feedback and team dynamics Investing in your own leadership development and continuously seeking opportunities to grow Creating meaningful connections within the local community, aligning with a lifestyle focused brand ethos The Experience Checklist: 2 years’ experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role within fashion or lifestyle retail Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team to achieve results Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of KPIs, sales performance and budgeting Confident in managing day-to-day operations including rostering, stock control and trade Passionate about delivering a high-energy, customer first retail experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead effectively What’s Next?
