Senior Business Development Manager- Logistics & 3PL

eStore Logistics is one of Australia's fastest growing specialist 3PL providers, focused on eCommerce and omni-channel fulfilment for some of the country's most recognised retail and consumer brands.

About the Role

This is a senior commercial role reporting directly to the Director of Sales. You will own complex new business opportunities end-to-end — from initial engagement through to contract execution — and play a central role in shaping eStore's next phase of commercial growth.

You will work closely with solution design, finance and operations to build compelling, commercially sound and operationally deliverable proposals for our customers. This role is suited to someone who can operate strategically, manage complex sales cycles, and remain hands‐on in driving pipeline, customer engagement and deal conversion.

What you will do

* Drive new business acquisition across complex, high-value enterprise and upper mid-market opportunities
* Lead consultative sales engagements from qualification through to solution design, proposal, negotiation and contract close
* Manage end-to-end RFP and tender responses, coordinating internal stakeholders across solution design, finance, operations and implementation
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and customer stakeholders
* Develop commercially compelling proposals that consider cost‐to‐serve, operational design, margin drivers and service outcomes
* Contribute market intelligence to refine sales strategy, targeting priorities and eStore's broader growth agenda
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, with clear ownership of conversion outcomes

Skills & Experience

* 7 years plus proven consultative B2B sales background in logistics, 3PL, supply chain, freight forwarding or a related commercial environment
* Demonstrated success closing complex, high‐value deals with enterprise or upper mid-market customers
* Experience managing RFP and tender processes end-to‐end
* Strong commercial acumen — able to understand and articulate cost models, margin drivers, operational impacts and customer value
* Ability to work cross‐functionally with solution design, finance and operations to develop practical and commercially sound customer solutions
* Confident engaging with senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership teams
* Background in eCommerce fulfilment or omni‐channel retail environments preferred
