We're looking for an experienced chef who can confidently run pasta and grill.
What we need
* Strong pasta, pan, and grill skills
* Minimum 3 years' experience with fresh pasta
* Able to manage a busy section and prep sauces
* Section typically covers 4–5 pastas and 3 meat dishes
* Calm under pressure with professional presentation
The role
* Around 40 hours per week
* Saturday essential
* No Sundays, no breakfast shifts
* Full-time available for the right person
